Unicorn Media has entered an agreement to provide its UMedia player services platform for The Independent Television Festival (ITVFest). The festival to be held through July 31 – August 6 is being organized for independently produced, original and innovative television pilots and webseries.
UMedia Player Services serves media clients to display content on a scalable, highly customizable embeddable player and also offers a variety of value-added features to further enhance the viewing experience.
Sean Gilliam, Unicorn Media SVP and GM, Platform Services said “Unicorn Media’s ability to publish content online in a timely manner, as well as our unmatched ability to provide insight into content consumption and end user behavior, was crucial in ITVFest’s selection process. The iTV Festival is an international event with compelling content, a global audience and a recognized name. It’s an honor to be chosen as the engine behind the delivery of that content.”
