NBC Sports and MobiTV have partnered to launch all-new Notre Dame Central App, powered by MobiTV to iPhone and iPod touch users. Notre Dame Central App. available in the app store will allow users to access live coverage of all eight University of Notre Dame home football games.
College football fans can download the app to watch live NBC Sports coverage of each home game via 3G and/or WiFi on their iPhone and iPod touch. The first live game was delivered on the app on Saturday, September 5.
Fans can watch video-on-demand highlights including interviews, press conferences and classic full game recaps from the NBC Sports Archives, apart from live games. The Notre Dame Central App also features a fully interactive schedule offering live scoring, stats, news alerts and more. And, fans will never miss a game with the Notre Dame Central Pregame Alerts that play the fight song prior to each game.
Perkins Miller, senior vice president, Digital Media, NBC Sports said, “Fans of Notre Dame football now have an app that will let them follow college football’s most storied program while they’re on the go.
