One of the most widely distributed satellite channels in the world, Fashion TV (FTV) has launched its high-definition version. Fashion TV will be the first channel to be broadcast in HD worldwide. FTV in high-definition in cooperation with RR Sat will be aired on Thaicom 5 all over Asia, Australia, Africa, Middle East and in parts of Europe and EUTELSAT will help to broadcast on EUROBIRD 9. North and South American viewers already receive FTV HD and is launched on Galaxy Satellite.
Michel Adam, President of Fashion TV said “After many years of preparation, following the upcoming market demand, we are very happy to launch Fashion TV in High Definition and strengthen again our Number 1 position.”
