Cox Communications has announced that it will be launching 14 new high-definition channels to the subscribers in the Pensacola, Florida in December. Cox has not specified the date for the launch of the new channels, but has lined-up following new channels :
AMC HD – Channel 750
CMT HD – Ch.765
Comedy Central HD – Ch.756
Fox News HD – Ch.755
FX HD – Ch.745
Hallmark Movie Channel HD – Ch.779
Max HD – 783
MTV HD – Ch.754
Nickelodeon HD – Ch.725
Speed HD – Ch.741
Spike HD – 751
Starz HD – Ch.793
Travel Channel HD – Ch.760 and
VH1 HD – Ch.753
Cox press release also stated that Fox Business Channel, MLB, WE and WSRE PBS will also be added in standard definition.
